Tomoe

Tomoe is a dragon who was sealed away for 500 years. When he is released, he takes on the form of a young boy with blue hair and a ponytail. He is a powerful magic user with elemental powers, including water and psychic abilities. He is also a skilled swordsman and samurai. Tomoe is a loyal friend and ally to Makoto Misumi, the protagonist of the anime series Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy.
