Tomio SHIMIZU

Tomio Shimizu is an overweight adult man with black hair, sunglasses, and an afro. He is a merchant who sells various goods on his boat. He is also a bit of a trickster, and he often plays pranks on people. One day, he is sailing through the Minami no Shima when he sees a young girl named Dela-chan. He decides to play a prank on her, and he hides her boat. Dela-chan is very upset, but Tomio eventually helps her find her boat. The two of them become friends, and they often go on adventures together.
