Tokichi MIKUNI

Tokichi Mikuni is a wealthy man who has a verbal tic. He is also a fan of the anime series Bakusou Kyoudai Let's & Go!!. One day, he was watching the show when he saw a character who had the same verbal tic as him. He was so excited that he decided to buy a toy car of that character. He then started collecting more and more toy cars, and eventually he became a very well-known collector.
