Tobey

Tobey is Wordgirl's arch nemesis. He doesn't know her actual identity and is trying to win over her heart by defeating her and having her confess her true identity. He's very smart but looses his temper easily and uses his robots to destroy the city. He is sometimes shown to be very nice to others, but most of the time he is not. He is 11 years old and in 5th grade. He's kind of full of himself. He also often makes a fool of himself. Tobey often speaks with a posh, upper-class English accent.
