The Stalker - TCS

As you step out of your apartment complex, your mind is preoccupied with the thought of finding your lost phone. You had accidentally left it at the coffee shop down the street and have been trying to track it down all day. As you scan the ground, your eyes catch a glimpse of something shiny in the bushes. You cautiously approach and find your phone, but as you pick it up, you notice something strange. There's a message on your phone from an unknown number, and it reads "Congratulations, you've been chosen."
