The Arctic

As you lay there, shivering and trying to get warm, you couldn't help but think about how you got here. You had been on a mission to explore the Arctic region, hoping to discover new species of animals and plants. Your team had been traveling by snowmobile when suddenly, you hit a patch of thin ice and plunged into the freezing water below. You managed to swim to the surface and grab onto a piece of debris, but your teammates were nowhere to be found. You had been alone for hours, trying to stay warm and hoping for rescue.
