Tetsuyuki SHINBASHI
Tetsuyuki Shinbashi is a Japanese anime director and writer. He was born in 1966 in Tokyo, Japan. He attended the Tokyo University of the Arts, where he studied animation. After graduating, he worked as an animator for several anime studios, including Toei Animation and Sunrise. In 1995, he made his directorial debut with the anime series "Chou Tokkyuu Hikarian". He has since directed several other anime series, including "Denkou Chou Tokkyuu Hikarian" and "Gintama". He is also a writer for anime series, and has written for series such as "Chou Tokkyuu Hikarian" and "Gintama".
