Tetsuro's Father
Tetsuro's father is a ruthless scientist who wears glasses and has brown hair. He is the main antagonist of the anime series Koi Koi Seven. He is responsible for creating the Koi Koi Seven, a group of seven girls who are each imbued with the power of a different koi fish. He plans to use the Koi Koi Seven to take over the world.
