Tetsu MANAI is a young man with an afro and orange hair, always seen wearing sunglasses. He's known as the "Junk Boy" in his neighborhood because of his love for collecting old electronics and appliances. Tetsu is an anime fanatic and spends most of his time immersed in the world of Japanese animation.
