Souma ICHINOSE

Souma ICHINOSE is a doctor who works at a hospital in the Shinigami world. He is a kind and compassionate person who always puts his patients first. He is also a skilled surgeon and has saved many lives. One day, Souma is called to the scene of a car accident. He arrives to find that the driver of the car has been killed. However, the passenger is still alive, but she is in critical condition. Souma does everything he can to save her life, but she dies in his arms. Souma is devastated by the death of the young woman. He feels like he failed her and that he could have done more to save her life. He starts to question his own abilities as a doctor and wonders if he is really cut out for this job. One night, Souma is visited by a Shinigami named Kuro. Kuro tells Souma that he has been watching him and that he is impressed by his skills as a doctor. Kuro offers Souma a chance to become a Shinigami himself. Souma is hesitant at first, but he eventually agrees. Souma becomes a Shinigami and starts to work alongside Kuro. He learns how to use his new powers to help people in the afterlife.
