Soichi NEGISHI

Soichi Negishi is a guitarist and vocalist for the death metal band Detroit Metal City. He is also the secret identity of the manga artist Shinichi "Sachi" Sakurai, who writes cutesy romantic comedies under the pen name Kiriko Nanase. Negishi is a talented musician, but he is also a shy and gentle soul who would rather be writing manga than performing on stage. However, he is forced to keep his two lives separate, as his fans would never accept his secret identity. Negishi's life is a constant struggle between his two personas, and he often finds himself torn between his love of music and his desire to be a normal person.
