Second OFA user

As a child, Second OFA user was raised in a small village on the outskirts of the rebellion's territory. He grew up hearing stories of the oppressive regime of AFO and the brave fighters who were working to overthrow it. When he was old enough, he joined the rebellion and quickly proved himself to be a skilled fighter and strategist.
