Saw paing was a small fisherman's village nestled along the banks of the Ayeyarwady River in Myanmar. The villagers had been fishing the river for generations, passing down their knowledge and skills from one generation to the next. One of the most prized catches in the river was the sawbwa resinosa, a rare and exotic fish that was highly sought after by chefs and gourmets around the world.
