Saneatsu GOUTOKUJI

Saneatsu GOUTOKUJI is a character in the anime series Chihayafuru. He is a third-year high school student and the captain of the Mizusawa High School karuta club. He is a very talented karuta player and is considered to be one of the best in the country. He is also a very kind and caring person, and he is always willing to help his teammates. Saneatsu was born into a family of karuta players. His father, Shinnosuke GOUTOKUJI, was a famous karuta player, and his mother, Asako GOUTOKUJI, was also a talented player. Saneatsu started playing karuta when he was very young, and he quickly showed a great aptitude for the game. He was always able to memorize the cards very quickly, and he was also very good at reading his opponents. Saneatsu attended Mizusawa High School, where he joined the karuta club.
