Saito is a police officer in the anime series Patlabor: The Mobile Police. He is a tall, muscular man with black hair and a stern expression. He is a skilled fighter and is often seen wielding his gun. Saito is a no-nonsense kind of guy who doesn't take crap from anyone. He is also a loyal friend and colleague.
