Rivers was born in a small fishing village on the outskirts of the Grand Line. From a young age, he was fascinated by the stories of the pirates who roamed the seas, seeking treasure and adventure. As he grew older, he dreamed of becoming a pirate himself and setting sail on a journey to find the legendary One Piece.
