Rio's Grandfather

Rio's grandfather is a wise and kind old man who has always been there for his grandson. He is a retired teacher and spends his days reading, gardening, and fishing. He is a patient and understanding listener, and Rio can always count on him for advice and support. One day, Rio's grandfather tells him a story about the gods. He says that the gods are not all-powerful and all-knowing, and that they make mistakes just like everyone else. He also says that the gods are not always good, and that they can be cruel and capricious. Rio is shocked by this revelation, but he also finds it strangely liberating. He realizes that he doesn't have to be perfect, and that he doesn't have to please the gods. He can just be himself.
