Rika SUGIYAMA

Rika Sugiyama is a high school student who is also a member of the student council. She is a bright and cheerful girl who is always willing to help others. She is also very intelligent and is always top of her class. One day, Rika is walking home from school when she is attacked by a group of thugs. She is saved by a mysterious boy named Zero who has the power to stop time. Rika and Zero become friends and they team up to fight crime. They soon learn that there is a dark force at work in their city and they must work together to stop it.
