Riho Hat is a middle school student who is also a martial artist. He has a scar on his face from a fight he had when he was younger. Riho is a kind and gentle person, but he can be fierce when he needs to be. He is a member of the Law of Ueki, a group of students who have the power to turn trash into plants. Riho's power is called "Plant Manipulation," and he can use it to control plants and make them grow. He is a valuable member of the Law of Ueki, and he is always willing to help his friends.
