Richard SOUTHERLAND

Richard Sutherland is a young man with brown hair who lives in the city of Tokyo. He is a fan of the anime series "Read Or Die" and dreams of one day becoming a manga artist. One day, he is walking home from school when he is attacked by a group of thugs. He is saved by a mysterious woman named Yomiko Readman, who is a member of the Secret Intelligence Service. Yomiko takes Richard under her wing and teaches him how to use his psychic powers to fight crime. Richard soon becomes a valuable asset to the Secret Intelligence Service and helps them to stop a number of dangerous criminals.
