Professor X

Professor X, also known as Charles Francis Xavier, is a powerful mutant who can read and control the minds of others. He is the founder and sometimes leader of the X-Men, a group of mutants who fight for peace and equality between humans and mutants. Xavier is a pacifist and believes that humans and mutants can live together in harmony. He runs a private school for mutants in the X-Mansion in Salem Center, New York. Xavier is also a scientific genius and a leading authority in genetics. He has devised Cerebro, a device that can enhance psionic powers and detect and track people with the mutant gene.
