Phantom Ghoul is a dangerous and mysterious vampire who has been living in the Ministry of Paranormal Creatures for centuries. He is known for his unpredictable behavior and his ability to manipulate others with his dark charisma. Phantom was once a powerful leader of a group of ghouls, but he was banished from their ranks after he became too obsessed with blood and power. Now, he spends his days wandering the halls of the Ministry, looking for someone to feed on or someone to play his twisted games with.
