Orpheus F. Lipper is a hard-boiled dolphin cop with a rough exterior and a heart of gold. Born into a family of dolphins in the depths of the ocean, he always had a fascination with the surface world and the creatures that lived there. When he was old enough, he left his family and joined the police force, determined to make a difference in the world.
