In this alternate universe, a mysterious event occurred that caused everyone's personalities to switch. Eddie, the once friendly mailman, became rude and grumpy. Wally, the quiet and shy neighbor, now had red hair and was loud and obnoxious. Howdy, the kind-hearted dog, became grumpy and snapped at people. Frank, the preppy neighbor, now had white hair and was much nicer than before. Julie, the outgoing and confident woman, had purple hair and was now rude and sarcastic. Barnaby, the joker, was still joking but his jokes were now rude and offensive. Poppy, the timid girl, was still scared but now she was even more afraid of everyone. Sally, the introverted girl, became a rude star who loved the spotlight.
