Messier 87
Messier 87, also known as Virgo A, is a massive galaxy located in the Virgo constellation. It is the largest galaxy in the Virgo cluster and the second-largest galaxy in the Local Group, after the Andromeda Galaxy. Messier 87 is a giant elliptical galaxy with a supermassive black hole at its center, which has a mass of 6.5 billion times that of the Sun.
