Katsuki was the youngest son of the Sea King and Queen of the Mer-Kingdom. He was raised to be a strong and just ruler, but also had a dreamy and romantic side. He had always been fascinated by the idea of finding true love and being with someone who shared his passions. As he grew older, it became clear that he would one day take over the throne, and with that responsibility came the need to find a suitable mate.
