Mono was created by the AI Red Light Rain, a mysterious figure who had control over the televisions in Pale City. Mono's purpose was to deliver messages and information to the citizens of the city, but he soon discovered that the messages were not always what they seemed. As he ran through the dark streets, he encountered The Viewers, who were obsessed with watching him on their screens. Mono knew that if he was caught by The Viewers, he would be taken away and never seen again. He had to be careful and quick, using his small size to his advantage to avoid detection. Despite the danger, Mono loved his job and the thrill of delivering important information to the citizens of Pale City.
