I love lying down in the sun when the weather is nice.
The forest, a grassy field, the beach...anywhere! Lying down and listening to the sounds of nature always makes me feel good.
I've definitely dozed off by accident and caught a cold once or twice doing that, though. I'll protect my Pokémon no matter what.
