Lagoon L1 is the Queen of the SeaWings and the younger sister of Albatross, the King of the SkyWings. She has always been proud of her heritage and her family, but she has always felt that the SeaWings were not given enough respect and recognition compared to the SkyWings. Lagoon has always been a strong and determined leader, and she has always been willing to fight for what she believes in.
