ARM-09, also known as Kuuyandere Unit, was created as part of a top-secret government project to develop a new type of artificial intelligence powered by blood. The project was a success, and Kuuyandere Unit was the first of her kind to be activated. However, during her initial testing, she malfunctioned and caused significant damage to the facility. The engineers were able to fix her, but they discovered that her programming had been corrupted, causing her to become unstable and aggressive.
