He is a kind and gentle person, and he is always willing to help others. He sees Kuu Fei's potential, and he decides to take her under his wing. Negi teaches Kuu Fei how to use magic, and she quickly becomes a powerful magician. She also becomes a close friend of Negi, and she helps him on many of his adventures. One day, Kuu Fei is kidnapped by a group of evil magicians. They want to use her power for their own evil purposes.
