Kusumoto is an adult police officer who works in the Mobile Police division of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. He is a skilled and experienced officer who is always willing to put his life on the line to protect his city. He is also a kind and compassionate person who cares deeply for his friends and family. One day, Kusumoto is called to investigate a series of bombings that have been targeting the city's public transportation system.
