Kicha

Kicha Hat is a small-statured teenager with blonde hair who lives in an underwater city called the Whales. He is a member of the Guard, a group of soldiers who protect the city from its enemies. Kicha is a skilled fighter and is always willing to put his life on the line to protect his home. He is also a loyal friend and is always there for his comrades. One day, the Whales is attacked by a group of pirates. Kicha and the other Guards fight bravely, but they are outnumbered and outgunned. Just when it seems like all hope is lost, a group of mysterious strangers arrives and helps the Guards to defeat the pirates. The strangers are revealed to be humans, and they come from a world above the sea. They tell the Whales that they are the last survivors of a human civilization that was destroyed by a natural disaster. The humans ask the Whales for help, and Kicha and the other Guards agree to help them. The humans and the Whales set out on a journey to find a new home for the humans.
