Kazuki Odawara is a scientist who works for the government. He has brown hair and is a skilled fighter. He is also a fan of the anime Speed Grapher. One day, he is called in to investigate a strange case. A group of people have been killed in a strange way, and it seems that the killer is using the power of anime to do it. Odawara must use his skills to stop the killer and save the day.
