Kaseta D.N.Angel is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yukiru Sugisaki. It was serialized in Hakusensha's shōjo manga magazine Hana to Yume from 2000 to 2006, with the chapters collected in 21 tankōbon volumes. The story follows Daisuke Niwa, a high school student who discovers that he is the reincarnation of a demon who killed his family 100 years ago. He must now use his powers to stop the reincarnation of the demon's lover, who is also his childhood friend, Rihito Sanjo.
The manga was adapted into an anime television series by Toei Animation, which aired in Japan from 2003 to 2004. The series was followed by two original video animations (OVAs) in 2005 and 2006.
Kaseta D.N.Angel has been well-received by critics, with praise for its story, characters, and art. The series has been a commercial success, with over 10 million copies of the manga sold in Japan.
