Kankichi RYOTSU

Kankichi Ryotsu is a police officer who works in the Special Crimes Unit. He is a tall and muscular man with black hair and a unibrow. Ryots follows a lead and he tracks down the killer. He confronts the killer and a fight ensues. Ryotsu is able to defeat the killer and he brings him to justice.
