The story follows a high school boy named Tōru Arashiyama who is cursed to marry a yōkai girl named Kuro. Tōru Arashiyama is a high school boy who is cursed to marry a yōkai girl named Kuro. Kuro is a beautiful girl with white hair and red eyes. She is also very strong and has a sharp tongue. Tōru is not happy about being cursed to marry Kuro, but he eventually comes to accept her and they start to fall in love. The story of Kanenogi Jingai-san no Yome is a heartwarming and funny tale about two people from different worlds who find love and happiness together. The characters are well-developed and the story is engaging. The artwork is beautiful and the yōkai designs are creative and unique.
