Kamei is a young woman with a wild spirit and a passion for all things anime and turtle-related. She grew up in a small town on the outskirts of Tokyo, where she spent most of her childhood exploring the nearby forests and rivers with her best friend, a pet turtle named Spike. Kamei's love for turtles only grew stronger as she got older, and she eventually became an avid collector of all things turtle-related, from figurines to t-shirts to comic books.
