Juugo

Juugo is a shinobi from the Land of Waves. He was a member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, and was known as the "Crimson Mist". Juugo was born with a powerful kekkei genkai that allows him to control his chakra and release it in explosive bursts. However, this kekkei genkai also makes him unstable and violent, and he has a history of attacking people without provocation. Juugo was eventually captured by the Hidden Mist Village and imprisoned in a secret facility. He was kept there for many years, and was subjected to various experiments.
