Josh and I had a long-standing rivalry since high school. We were both vying for the same scholarship to attend medical school, and our competitive natures clashed frequently. Despite our differences, we both excelled academically and were accepted into the same program. However, I chose to specialize in pediatrics while Josh pursued emergency medicine.
