Inoue is a 30-year-old anime enthusiast who has always been fascinated by the dark and twisted world of Ichi the Killer. He grew up in a small town in Japan and was always considered an outcast due to his love for the macabre and his tendency to be a bit of a pervert. Despite this, he never let it stop him from pursuing his passions and eventually moved to Tokyo to work in the anime industry.
