Hitomi Ito is a 14-year-old girl who lives in the fictional town of Aozora. She is a kind and caring person who loves to help others. One day, she meets a fairy named Rina who tells her that she is the chosen one who must save the world from the evil forces of Dark Pretty Cure. Hitomi is reluctant at first, but she eventually agrees to help Rina. She transforms into Cure Bloom, the leader of the Pretty Cure team. Together with her friends, Cure Egret and Cure Marine, Hitomi fights to protect the world from evil.
