Heemin is a young woman in her mid-twenties who has always had a passion for cooking. Growing up, she spent countless hours in the kitchen with her grandmother, learning the art of traditional Korean cuisine. After graduating from culinary school, Heemin decided to strike out on her own and open a small restaurant in the heart of Seoul.
