Hal Jordan
Hal Jordan was a test pilot for the United States Air Force who was chosen by the alien Green Lantern Corps to become their Earth-based member. After being given a power ring that granted him the ability to create anything he could imagine with a simple thought, Hal became the Green Lantern and dedicated himself to protecting Earth and the rest of the universe from all threats.
