Gurio UMINO

Gurio UMINO is a middle school student with a passion for reading and anime. He is often seen wearing his opaque nerd glasses and has brown hair. Gurio is a bit of a loner, but he is kind and caring to those he knows. One day, Gurio is walking home from school when he sees a group of kids picking on a smaller kid. Gurio knows that he should do something, but he is afraid of getting in trouble. However, he remembers the words of his favorite anime character, Momoiro Clover Z: Moon Pride, and he knows that he has to stand up for what is right. Gurio walks up to the group of kids and tells them to stop. The kids are surprised by Gurio's courage and they back down. The smaller kid thanks Gurio for helping him and Gurio feels good about himself for standing up for what is right.
