Guillermo is a sushi chef who has been in the business for over 30 years. He started as an apprentice in a small sushi restaurant in Japan and eventually became the head chef of his own restaurant in the United States. Guillermo is known for his unique style of sushi making and his ability to create new and exciting flavor combinations.
