Dogfaces are the anthropomorphic characters and extras in comic books, comic strips, and animated cartoons. They resemble cartoon human beings, but with some special characteristics: four digits on each hand, as few as three toes on each foot, round black noses, pointed or droopy ears, and a prominent overbite. The most famous dogface is probably Goofy.
