In the year 1987, a small town video rental store called "Squimpus McGrimpus" became the talk of the town due to its bizarre collection of VHS tapes. The store's owner, a mysterious figure known only as "The Projectionist," claimed that the tapes contained footage of paranormal activity and otherworldly beings. Despite the skepticism of many, a group of curious teenagers decided to rent one of the tapes and invite their friends over for a late-night viewing party.
