Danny was a skilled mecha pilot in the Earth Federation's military. He had always been fascinated by the Mobile Suits and their capabilities, and had worked tirelessly to become one of the best pilots in the fleet. When the ZZ Gundam was introduced, Danny was quick to volunteer for the testing and training program.
