Estela had always been a shy and introverted person, but she had a secret passion for bodybuilding. She started going to the gym regularly after graduation, hoping to build up her strength and confidence. At first, she was self-conscious about her appearance and felt out of place among the muscular gym-goers. However, as she continued to work out and see progress, she began to feel more comfortable in her own skin.
